私たちが所属する探究サロン”quest with!”では、一人ひとりが、自分らしい「探究（自分らしさを究明する行為）」を見つけ、おとながワクワクする「探究と共にある暮らし」を実践し、Well-Beingなキャリア形成に向けて取り組んでいます。
2024年3月21日(日)のTHE WELL−BEING WEEK 2024では、探究サロン「quest with!」から生まれた””情動の蓋を開ける～しくじり先生からの新しい目覚めへのメッセージ”をメンバー３名でオンラインイベントを開催することにしました。
情動の蓋を開けるとは？あまり聞き慣れない言葉かと思います。情動とは、心の奥底にある感情です。その感情は日常生活の中でなぜか蓋をされています。なぜなら、傷つきたくない自分、本音を隠そうとする自分がいるからです。あまりにも情報が多く、脳で処理する情報が増えすぎて、脳が疲弊しがちで、子どもの頃は普通にできていた素直な感情を表すことも日常少なくなっているのではないでしょうか？
本当の自分、もう一人の自分、感情をありのままに表現できる自分等など・・・。いろんな自分が日々現れているかと思います。自分自身、心の奥底に眠っている感情を引き出すこと、コントロールすることはできるのだろうか？情動の蓋を開けることを意図的にできるのだろうか？と我々は疑問に思いました。そこで実験的にリアルなイベントを通じて、情動の蓋を開けることができるのだろうか？を客観的に確かめてみようと思ったのです。
只、残念ながら、三人が企画したイベントにお客様が集められず、中止になってしまいました。今回は、三人が三様で日常取り組んでいる情動の蓋を開けてみようと行っている話とその中止になったイベントから学ぶことができた私たちの失敗談などについて、ご参加の方々と対話をしながら、愉しい時間が過ごせればと思います。是非、情動の蓋を開けることの対話を通じて、少しでもwell-being な気持ちになって頂ければ幸いです。このオンラインイベントの最後には、５月に行うリアルイベントのご紹介を致します。そちらもお楽しみに。皆さんとお話できることを愉しみにしています。
全体的には、個々の探究活動（写真を飾る文化をつくる、自分を深く知る文化をつくる、いくつになっても挑む人を応援する文化をつくる）と三人三様の探究テーマをコラボした今回の取組みについて発表させていただき、参加者の皆さまとチームでの探究活動に関する対話の時間を持ちたいと思います。
探究サロン”quest with!”の活動に興味がある方、探究活動をともに実施されたい方、しくじり先生たちがどんな失敗をして、そこから何を学び、どんなアクションをこれからとっていくのか？等についてご興味ある方、是非このイベントにご参加いただけると幸いです。
